I am a General & Laparoscopic Surgeon who has been involved with Obesity Surgery since the 1980’s with Vertical Banded Gastroplasties (VBG's), then from 1996 I changed to Laparoscopic Obesity Surgery with the insertion of Lap Bands and from 2006 LAPAROSCOPIC SLEEVE GASTRECTOMIES. I have specialist expertise in Laparoscopic or Minimally Invasive Weight-loss Surgery. Because of the small wounds, minimally invasive surgery means less pain and faster recovery.
